Great title for a post :) It's so great when we have moments like that, evenings we hope to remember all our lives. It looked like fun, from the pictures!
Nice blog, wonderful daughter. I liked her speech on commencement day. We don't have that over here in Germany. We get our diplomas via Fed Ex and that's it.
Good luck to Sara in the Peace corp. Gina from Bensheim, Germany.
The Elementary, Thanks! I thought of it over an ice cream cone on the way home and couldn't wait to get back and write it.
Mon@arch, Thank you, it was fun. Moose are really awesome to see.
Jayne, it was a perfect evening, we need those every now and then, don't you think?
Gina, Nice to meet you and thank you, stop in any time. I don't read german so wasn't able to enjoy the words on your blog but the pictures were great.
Louis, Thanks but it's not quite perfect--my children would be quick to mention the distance from Taco Bell and movie theatres.
I looked everywhere in Maine I could think of to look and despite signs at every turn warning of their presence, I didn't see one Moose when I was there. Now, Alaska, that was another story. We saw Moose everywhere. I guess I need to give Maine one more chance anyway. I'll let you guide this time. :)

Very good picture of the moose Beth! The more I see your pictures the more I think you live in the most perfect place on Earth to live! :)
A moose! Wow, I'm impressed! Looks like such a great time. The view, the kids, memories.

How I wish I lived in New England again! Such a beautiful picture of the pond. It looks so inviting to sit by it as the sun goes down.
