Foliage
Today as I traveled about the county, the camera rode shotgun. The foliage is coming along just fine and those happy maple trees that provide firewood and maple syrup are presently providing pleasant sighs.
I have always wanted to visit the northeast in the fall. We get some good color here, but not near like you do. I guess I can visit this year through your pictures and enjoy almost as much. :)
You seem to be a tad more advanced, but it is coming along nicely here in Northern Michigan. It's the most beautiful time of yeara and also, a little sad, autumn.

Sighs also from here, Beth. You in the eastern U.S. enjoy more vibrant fall colors -- and these pictures are proof of that :)
Have a great week!

Wow, you are weeks ahead of us. :c) So very beautiful!
I saw the leaf map on tv this morning, and noted that Maine is in full color.
Wonderful--my favorite time of year!
Beth, I love the sheep in the pasture shot!
